- I usually fix my rice the night before or early in the day..
- I took my hand and broke up COLD RICE so it was in individual kernals before I began ......
- beat the egg in a mixing bowl. scramble eggs in a little butter. put back in bowl.. the heat from the egg will cook the remainder in the bowl .. dice the eggs into bite size pieces .... mix peas and carrots.... put in onion. mix well in mixing bowl.
- melt 1 1/2 TSP of butter either in a non stick skillet or wok...
- add veggies & onion mixture. leave on Med high.....stir constantly until onions are getting tender. add rice....stir to coat... heat through ... add egg back in..
- mix 2 tbsp soy sauce ..s&p.. and constantly stir... add minced garlic and 2 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce.
- stir constantly for 6-8 minutes....
- stir constantly while adding sauce....
