Ingredients of Thai Spring Rolls
- Prepare 2 of chicken breasts.
- Prepare 2 of tofu.
- Prepare 200 grams of minced pork.
- Prepare 6 of sliced of ham.
- It's 1 of cabbage/medium size.
- It's 150 grams of beans sprout or sunflower sprouts.
- Prepare 1 of carrots.
- You need 1 of onion, chopped.
- Prepare 1 bunch of spring onion.
- You need 400 grams of dry vermicelli.
- It's 1 packages of spring rolls wrapper,30 sheets at room temperature.
- You need of seasoning.
- It's 3 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- You need 3 tbsp of sesame oil.
- Prepare 1 of salt and pepper to taste.
- It's 1 tsp of sugar.
- You need 3 clove of garlic.
- It's 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- It's of eggs mixture.
- You need 1 of egg.
- You need 2 tbsp of water.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of flour.
Thai Spring Rolls instructions
- Prepare all ingredients,shred cabbage,sliced carrot,onion,clean bean sprout,dice chicken,ham,tofu,seperate into 2 bowls : meat and vegetables,soak vermicelli in water,chop spring onion( seperate from other vegetables ),crush garlic.
- In large sauce pan ,heat vegetables oil or any oil you prefer,brown garlic,follow with meats,including minced pork,stir to mix,lets all ingredients cooked.
- Add vegetables ,stir to mix.
- Seasoning,add vermicelli,mix well,when vermicelli soft add spring onion,heat off and allow to cool.
- Mix all eggs mixtureingredients ,use this to seal the rolls.

- Deep fried on medium heat until golden ,make sure oil is cover all rolls.
