  1. You need 1/2 of garlic.
  2. You need 2 of large birds eye chillis (low - med on scoville scale).
  3. It's 2-3 tablespoons of Olive oil.
  4. It's 1/4 tablespoon of Fennel powder.
  5. It's 1/4 tablespoon of Chicken stock.
  6. It's 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
  7. You need 1 of large tomato.
  8. Prepare of Cauliflower, brussel sprouts, carrots, asparagus etc.
  9. Prepare of Tofu.
  10. It's of Basil leaf as garnish.
