Recipe: Appetizing Simple Fried tofu

Simple Fried tofu instructions

Crispy tofu is best served immediately as it loses its crispiness after half an hour I would say. Remove the tofu from its packaging and any liquid. Line a plate with a folded paper towel and set the tofu on top. I make crispy pan fried tofu almost weekly. My mother loved freshly made tofu.
