- Prepare 125 gr of White Tofu.
- It's 50 gr of Carrot.
- You need 50 gr of Broccoli.
- You need 50 gr of frozen Pea.
- You need 2/3 of white wood Mushrooms.
- Prepare 50 gr of Leek.
- It's 50 gr of sweet Red Pepper.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of Soy sauce.

TOFU: Place a folded tea towel in the shape of the tofu on a plate. Drain the tofu from the package and place the tofu on the prepared plate. Transfer the stir-fry to a large platter. If using frozen tofu, simmer until completely defrosted.
