Ingredients of Stir fry Tofu n' Veggies

  1. Prepare 125 gr of White Tofu.
  2. It's 50 gr of Carrot.
  3. You need 50 gr of Broccoli.
  4. You need 50 gr of frozen Pea.
  5. You need 2/3 of white wood Mushrooms.
  6. Prepare 50 gr of Leek.
  7. It's 50 gr of sweet Red Pepper.

  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce.

TOFU: Place a folded tea towel in the shape of the tofu on a plate. Drain the tofu from the package and place the tofu on the prepared plate. Transfer the stir-fry to a large platter. If using frozen tofu, simmer until completely defrosted.

  1. Cut some veggies to cube and slice some of them.. as you like really!!.
  2. Put 2 tbsp of Olive oil in the pan, put shallot and stir after the aroma come through.
  3. Put one by one the ingredients to the pan.. and stir all together, don't forget season well.. add 2/3 tbsp of Water, put lid on for few minutes...
  4. Voala!! Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.. and ready to serve!!!.

Remove from heat and let drain in a colander lined with paper towels. Sauce: Puree all the sauce ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Tofu: Cook the rice or farro according to package directions. Cut the tofu into slices and press with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Wait a few minutes and press again - there's lotsa water in there!
