- Cut tofu into small cubes and coat with red chilli powder, salt, cornflour and marinate for 30 mins.

- In the same pan, add lil oil and fry onion for 5 mins. Add peppers, celery, green chilles, garlic, green onions and fry for few mins.
- Add ketchup or tomato paste and fry for a min.
- Add tofu to the pan and add vinegar, soya sauce, salt and mix well and cook for 3 to 5 mins..
- Let it thicken up a bit.
- Serve hot.
- If you need gravy... add a cup of water with 1 tbsp of corn flour in it and add to the pan and simmer till thickens.
