Ingredients of Tofu Sisig

  1. It's 500 g of firm tofu cut into cubes.
  2. It's 1 cup of canola or cooking oil.
  3. It's 3-4 cloves of minced garlic.

  5. Prepare 2 of chopped green long chilis with the seeds removed.
  6. You need 1/2 of diced green bell peppers.
  7. It's 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.

  10. You need to taste of Salt and pepper.

  1. Deep fry tofu until golden brown and crunchy. Drain oil and set aside..

  3. Add mayonnaise, oyster sauce and water. Stir and simmer on low fire for about 2 minutes until it slightly thickens..
  4. Add fried tofu and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes..
  5. Serve on a sizzling plate with calamansi. Optional: serve with fried egg on top with rice on the side..
